Hello to All Residents! Spring and summer is upon us and Pelham Manor is starting to look beautiful as the trees and flowers break out in bloom. We are slowly coming out of our cocoon and home owners are sprucing up their yards. I know you join me in the pride of one of the most up-scale developments in Cecil County. As your elected President, I continue to strive to facilitate the wishes and concerns of the Pelham Manor residents, as well as the restrictions and bylaws. There is a growing concern regarding the real estate slump that has driven the value of our homes downward. I will do everything in my power, to protect your property values; however I can’t do it alone. Your support is critical in this aspect. By following the rules for the approval of any renovations outside your home and completing an ARC request (Architectural Review Committee), you are guaranteeing that once approved, that change will be noted and future questions will not be an issue. Additionally, this goes hand-in-hand with respect for your neighbor. As always, I am interested in your concerns and comments. You can reach me by either e-mail at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , my home number is 410-398-7762 or stop by and day “Hi”. I’ll be out in the garden more routinely as the temps rise, so don’t be a stranger! Sincerely, Sandra Dean, President
